To register for and purchase a ticket to the SEAZA Conference 2025, you must fill in and submit the registration form found on the SEAZA Conference 2025 website. The type and number of tickets that you wish to purchase must also be indicated clearly on the registration form.
Once you have submitted the registration form, you will be automatically directed to the payment platform to make full payment of the ticket(s) for the SEAZA Conference 2025 (the “Fees”). After clicking “Checkout” on the Shopping Cart page, please proceed to click “Checkout as Guest” and make payment via credit card.”
Once payment has been made, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email enclosing your receipt. Thereafter, the Organisers will verify your registration before sending a confirmation email to you. Your registration for the SEAZA Conference 2025 is confirmed only upon your receipt of the Organisers’ confirmation email to you.

You must claim your lanyard, which serves as the Conference Ticket or Companion Ticket (where applicable) for the SEAZA Conference 2025, during registration on the first day of the SEAZA Conference 2025.
You must carry around your lanyard with you at all times during the SEAZA Conference 2025, to ensure your access to the different SEAZA Conference 2025 activities and the Parks.
