The Wild Zoo Day Camp experience includes a day of adventure and discovery where participants will explore Singapore Zoo through guided tours, gaining fascinating insights into wildlife and conservation.

The day continues with hands-on animal interactions at KidzWorld and concludes with an exhilarating high element climbing challenge at the Houbii rope course.

Specific Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum stay of two nights.
  • Booking to be made 5 days in advance where reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable upon confirmation.
  • Singapore Zoo Admission ticket(s) will be issued upon hotel’s check-in. The ticket allows one-time entry to the Singapore Zoo and is required for participation in the Zooday Camp programme.
  • Zooday Camp is strictly for children aged 6 to 10 years old with a duration of 3.5 hours from 2:30pm to 6:00pm.
  • Guided activities are included in the Zooday Camp programme. Some programmes are weather permitting. In the event of wet weather, Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to replace the affected outdoor programme with an indoor programme deemed suitable per staff’s own discretion.
  • Campers are encouraged to wear sports attire. Covered shoes are required for the participation.
  • A copy of signed Parent/Legal Guardian Declaration & Consent Form is required upon hotel’s check-in for children participating in Zooday Camp programme.
  • Participants must comply with Park Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
  • Hotel reserves the right to
    1. amend, alter, supplement, or vary these Terms and Conditions,
    2. change any block-out dates, and
    3. terminate or suspend the availability and validity of the offer and inclusions at any time and from time to time without prior notice to the Guest.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
  • All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  • Rate does not apply to group bookings.
  • Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
  • Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out time is up to 12pm.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
  • Late check-out from 3pm to 6pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Late check-out from 6pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Amendments to stay dates are subjected to rate adjustment of the changed dates.
  • Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel's discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
  • Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
  • The hotel adopts a no pets policy.
  • The hotel respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in the rooms and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas instead. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night.
