一般条款和细则
- 房价以新加坡元（SGD）为单位，按每间客房每晚计算。
- 所有价格均需加收 10% 的服务费和现行政府税费。
- 房价不适用于团体预订。
- 客人必须年满 18 周岁方可办理入住手续并登记入住客房。
- 入住时间为下午 3 点，退房时间为中午 12 点。
- 提前入住和延迟退房视房源供应情况而定。
- 如需提前入住，需提前预订房间以保证入住，预订费用为一晚房费。
- 下午3点至6点延迟退房将收取当日优享房价的50%。
- 下午6点后延迟退房将收取当日优享房价的100%。
- 更改住宿日期须按更改后的日期调整房价。
- 酒店可自行决定取消预订，原因包括但不限于信用卡失效和房价不正确。
- 对于在线预订，所提供的信用卡信息无需签名，持卡人提供的信息即表示其同意根据我们的取消政策保证预订。如果通过电子邮件、电话或传真预订，需要授权书和签名人。
- 酒店实行无宠物政策。
- 酒店敬请客人不要在客房内吸烟，请使用专用的室外吸烟区。任何被发现在客房内吸烟或曾在客房内吸烟的客人将被收取每晚 800 新元的清洁费。

Specific Terms and Conditions
- Minimum stay of two nights.
- Booking to be made 5 days in advance where reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable upon confirmation.
- Singapore Zoo Admission ticket(s) will be issued upon hotel’s check-in. The ticket allows one-time entry to the Singapore Zoo and is required for participation in the Zooday Camp programme.
- Zooday Camp is strictly for children aged 6 to 10 years old with a duration of 3.5 hours from 2:30pm to 6:00pm.
- Guided activities are included in the Zooday Camp programme. Some programmes are weather permitting. In the event of wet weather, Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to replace the affected outdoor programme with an indoor programme deemed suitable per staff’s own discretion.
- Campers are encouraged to wear sports attire. Covered shoes are required for the participation.
- A copy of signed Parent/Legal Guardian Declaration & Consent Form is required upon hotel’s check-in for children participating in Zooday Camp programme.
- Participants must comply with Park Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
- Hotel reserves the right to
- amend, alter, supplement, or vary these Terms and Conditions,
- change any block-out dates, and
- terminate or suspend the availability and validity of the offer and inclusions at any time and from time to time without prior notice to the Guest.
General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
- All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Rate does not apply to group bookings.
- Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
- Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out time is up to 12pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
- Late check-out from 3pm to 6pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 6pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Amendments to stay dates are subjected to rate adjustment of the changed dates.
- Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel's discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
- The hotel adopts a no pets policy.
- The hotel respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in the rooms and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas instead. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night.
