后台通行证：企鹅奇遇
- 需要最少2名付费人士方可开始导览，最多可容纳8人参加。
- 已出售的导览严格不退款、不可取消及不可改期。
- 导览价格因工作日、周末及当地公众假期而异。
- 导览价格不包括公园入场门票。
- 参与者须至少身高1.2米才能参加企鹅邂逅导览。
- 导览为非专属性，其他游客可能会参加同一场导览。
- 因动物健康和/或安全考虑，导览可能会改期或取消。
- 导览仅以 英语进行。
- Guests with mobility impairments are unable to join the tour due to safety reasons.
- For safety reasons, wheelchair, stroller, or other mobility aids cannot be accommodated.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour. Young children must be supervised and held by an adult for the entirety of the tour.
- Participants are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to all instructions provided by staff for a safe and pleasant experience.
- Long pants, covered shoes and comfortable attire recommended. A jacket will be provided for warmth when entering the back-of-house.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at Level 3 of Ocean Network Express Penguin Cove, by the Penguin statue (approximate 5 - 8 minutes’ walk from the Main Entrance to Level 3 of Ocean Network Express Penguin Cove). Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Participants are to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
