Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Consent

By submitting this membership application, you hereby:

(i) agree that you provide your consent to the Mandai Wildlife Group (as defined in the Mandai Wildlife Group Personal Data Protection Policy found at https://www.mandai.com/en/about-mandai/our-policies/data-protection.html) (the “MWG Personal Data Protection Policy”) and/or any party authorised by the Mandai Wildlife Group, to collect, use, disclose and/or process of your personal data as defined in the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012) in accordance with the MWG Personal Data Protection Policy;

(ii) agree and consent to receive marketing communications from the Mandai Wildlife Group and/or any party authorised by the Mandai Wildlife Group to update me on offers, promotions, discounts, events, news, etc. relating to the Mandai Wildlife Group’s products and services via any means of communication such as via email.

(iv) agree to hold the Mandai Wildlife Group and its affiliates harmless and release the Mandai Wildlife Group from any liability in connection with the submission of this application.
