- This promotion ("Promotion") runs from 15 Sep to 6 Nov 2026 ("Promotion Period"), both dates inclusive, unless otherwise extended or terminated early at the Mandai Wildlife Group’s ("Organiser") discretion.
- The first 50 eligible Family membership sign-ups or renewals made during the Promotion Period will each receive Curiosity Cove Halloween Sundown tickets ("Tickets"), while stocks last. Individual or concessionary memberships are not eligible for Tickets under this Promotion.
- The quantity of Tickets given to each winning membership will correspond to the number of registered members listed under that Family membership.
- Tickets will be allocated strictly on a first-come-first-served basis, based on the date and time of successful sign-up or renewal as recorded in the Organiser's system.
- Once the first 50 Tickets have been allocated, no further Tickets will be given out under this Promotion, even if the Promotion Period has not ended.
- Tickets are subject to availability, applicable event terms and conditions, and blackout dates (if any), as determined by the Organiser.
- Eligible memberships that new sign-up or renew during the promotion period will receive collection details via their registered email by 5 Oct 2026.
- The first 2,000 eligible Friends of Mandai Premium or Premium Plus (Individual Adult / Family) sign-ups, upgrades, or renewals made during the Promotion Period will each receive limited-edition Friends of Mandai Tote Bag ("Tote Bag"), while stocks last.
- Each new sign-up, upgrade or renewal to Friends of Mandai Premium or Premium Plus membership (Individual Adult) will be eligible to receive one (01) Friends of Mandai tote bag.
- Each new sign-up, upgrade or renewal to Friends of Mandai Premium or Premium Plus membership (Family: 2A1C|T to 2A6C|T) will be eligible to receive two (02) Friends of Mandai tote bags.
- Eligible memberships that new sign-up, upgrade or renew during the promotion period will receive collection details via their registered email by 16 Nov 2026.
- Eligible memberships must be successfully purchased and fully paid during the Promotion Period.
- Member will have to present their electronic membership card (‘e-Card’) and redemption email at Member Services Centres located at Mandai Wildlife EAST or Mandai Wildlife WEST during the redemption period stated in the stipulated email. Failure to collect the Prize within the stated period will result in the Prize being deemed forfeited. Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to (a) select and notify an alternative Prize winner in accordance with the same methodology of the promotion, (b) forfeit the Prize, or (c) donate the Prize to charity. Any Prize winner whose Prize is unclaimed or forfeited in accordance with these T&Cs shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
- Gift items are available on a while-stocks-last basis. If stocks are exhausted, a similar item of equivalent value may be offered as a replacement.
- Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without prior notice.
- By accepting a Prize, each Prize winner acknowledges and agrees to these T&Cs, the relevant Prize Terms and Conditions (as defined below), and for his/her personal data to be collected, used, shared and transferred in accordance with the Full Personal Data Protection Statement below. Failure to comply or refusal to agree with this clause shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of all relevant Prizes, unless otherwise permitted by Mandai Wildlife Group.
- The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, and non-extendable in validity. There shall be no refund, transfer, exchange or extension for any partially used or unused Prize.

- All existing senior membership of Friends of Mandai, Friends of Mandai Plus, Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST, Friends of Mandai Starter, Friends of Mandai Premium, Friends of Mandai Ultimate, Friends of Mandai Premium Plus (“Referrer”) are eligible to participate in this referral programme to invite their senior friends (“Referee”) to purchase a new Friends of Mandai Senior membership at $93 and will receive the $8 F&B voucher.
