Rainforest Wild Adventure features two zones — EAST and WEST (previously known as Rainforest Wild ASIA). With the newly expanded EAST zone, you can now explore the full 20 hectares of naturalistic habitats inspired by the rainforests of Asia and Africa.

Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST has sunset from 1 Jul 2026 as part of a broader refresh of our membership programme, aligned with the expansion of Rainforest Wild Adventure and the opening of the EAST zone.

The refreshed programmes consolidate access and benefits to provide clearer value, greater flexibility, and a more seamless experience across all our attractions and offerings. Existing members will continue to enjoy their current benefits until the end of their membership term.

Upon expiry, you may transition to one of the updated Friends of Mandai membership programmes, which offer enhanced access across the full Rainforest Wild Adventure experience alongside our other wildlife and indoor attractions.

No, we do not offer a concessionary membership for students. However, we do offer concessionary memberships for children aged 3 to 12 years old and teens aged 13 to 17 years old.

Yes, we offer concessionary memberships for seniors. To be eligible, you must be 60 years old and above and hold a Singapore NRIC or FIN card.

For the Friends of Mandai Senior $93 membership, you may sign up online via Singpass verification, or onsite at our Member Services Centres at Mandai Wildlife EAST or Mandai Wildlife WEST. For the Friends of Mandai (Starter / Premium / Premium Plus) senior rates, a physical NRIC or FIN card is required, and applications and verification are completed onsite at our Member Services Centres.

Yes. Our Family membership covers up to 2 adults and up to 6 children or teens and is not limited to immediate family — extended family members or friends may be registered.

A child is aged 3 to 12 years old and a teen is aged 13 to 17 years old under our individual child/teen and Family membership programmes. Age is determined at the time of sign-up or renewal, and the membership remains valid even if a child or teen ages into a different tier during the membership term.

Yes, if your child turns 3 within your membership term, we recommend signing up for a Family membership and registering your child, as Curiosity Cove requires valid admission for all children above 3 years old. This ensures your child can continue enjoying membership benefits throughout the validity period.

Children under 3 years old can enter our attractions for free. You and your spouse may consider signing up for Individual memberships instead of a Family membership.

However, once your child turns 3, they will need an admission ticket or a Child membership. Hence, you may prefer to sign up for a Family membership and register your child so they can continue enjoying the membership benefits and privileges throughout its validity.

Yes, admission tickets purchased through the Mandai Wildlife Group website can be upgraded to any of our memberships on the same day as your visit date, by presenting your tickets at a Member Services Centre at Mandai Wildlife EAST or Mandai Wildlife WEST (next to Bird Paradise entrance).

The membership fee payable is the difference between the value of the membership and the combined value of the admission tickets used, provided the combined ticket value does not exceed the applicable membership fee. If it does, the number of tickets being combined must be reduced.

Please note the following conditions:

• Tickets purchased through third-party channels, complimentary tickets, corporate tickets and selected promotional tickets are not eligible.
• Activity tickets are not eligible for upgrade to a membership.
• Each admission ticket must correspond to the matching category in the membership being purchased, and the number of tickets combined must not exceed the number of individuals in the selected membership type. For example, an adult ticket may only supplement a membership that is for, or includes, an adult or teenager; a Family membership of 2 adults and 6 children may use a maximum of 2 adult and 6 child tickets; and an individual adult membership may use only one adult ticket — a child ticket is not eligible, and two adult tickets cannot be combined.

If you hold an Individual Adult, Family, Child | Teen, Senior or Caretaker membership, you will enjoy a 20% discount when you renew to the new membership programmes (except for Friends of Mandai Senior) from 1 Jul 2026. your new membership will include access to the newly expanded Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST.

Please note that downgrades from Friends of Mandai or Friends of Mandai Plus to the new Friends of Mandai Starter membership are not eligible for the 20% renewal discount, as Friends of Mandai Starter offers a different level of access compared to your current membership.

Existing members who have not renewed or upgraded to a Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST-inclusive membership from 1 Jul 2026 can upgrade for a nominal upgrade fee or renew to a new programme if within their renewal window.

Here are your three options in detail:

• Upgrade to the new membership programme by paying a nominal upgrade fee, which includes access to the newly expanded Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST and additional benefits under the new programme.
• Renew to the new membership programme if you are within your renewal window, which also includes access to the expanded EAST zone and additional exclusive benefits.

Curiosity Cove or Exploria visits are included with Friends of Mandai Starter, Premium and Premium Plus memberships, booked through the Membership Portal.

Included visits per membership:

• Friends of Mandai Starter: Up to three (3) visits
• Friends of Mandai Premium: Up to six (6) visits
• Friends of Mandai Premium Plus: Up to eight (8) visits to each indoor attraction

If you hold one of the older memberships (Friends of Mandai, Friends of Mandai Plus and Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST), Curiosity Cove and Exploria are not included, but you can purchase single-entry admission tickets to visit.

Friends of Mandai (Starter / Premium / Ultimate / Premium Plus) enjoy unlimited playtime at Curiosity Cove on weekdays, excluding weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Simply log in to the Membership Portal to book your visit.

Friends of Mandai, Friends of Mandai Plus and Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST members can purchase single-entry admission tickets to Curiosity Cove and enjoy up to 7 hours of unlimited weekday playtime, subject to the same exclusions.

Friends of Mandai Starter, Premium and Premium Plus members who joined on or after 1 Jul 2026 enjoy a 25% discount on single admission tickets to Curiosity Cove and Exploria, with discount codes retrievable from the Membership Portal.

Yes, member admission to our attractions is subject to blackout dates, which vary by membership type — Friends of Mandai (Plus, Ultimate and Premium Plus) have no blackout dates, while other membership types have blackout dates on selected public holidays.

The blackout dates by membership type are:

• Friends of Mandai Starter (joined on/before 30 Jun 2026): New Year's Day, First and Second day of Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Good Friday, Labour Day, Hari Raya Haji, Vesak Day, National Day, Deepavali, and Christmas Day
• Friends of Mandai Starter (joined on/after 1 Jul 2026): First and Second day of Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Labour Day, Deepavali, and Christmas Day
• Friends of Mandai Premium / Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST: Second day of Chinese New Year, Labour Day, and Hari Raya Puasa.
• Friends of Mandai (Plus / Ultimate / Premium Plus): Not applicable.

These dates are set because we expect exceptionally high visitor volumes, and to encourage a comfortable experience for our members on other days. Members who wish to enter on a blackout date can purchase admission tickets at prevailing rates. Blackout dates may varyfrom year to year, so do check the respective attraction pages (Bird Paradise, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild Adventure, River Wonders, Singapore Zoo, Curiosity Cove and Exploria) and our Members' Benefits & Privileges page before visiting.

Yes — from 1 Jul 2026, existing Friends of Mandai, Friends of Mandai (Plus/Starter / Premium / Premium Plus) and Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST members can purchase a Members' Parking Pass (MPP) at a nominal fee of $50 per membership, applicable to one registered vehicle.

The Members' Parking Pass covers parking at the multi-storey car parks at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST for the full duration of your membership, without hourly parking charges. MPP validity follows your membership tenure, up to 12 months.

Yes — for all Friends of Mandai Senior memberships purchased from 1 Jul 2026, the F&B and retail discount will be revised from 20% to 15% at selected in-park outlets across our parks, as part of our ongoing review to sustain quality offerings.

Yes, children or teens who are registered members can use the membership e-card without you or your spouse present, provided the e-card is shown to enjoy membership benefits and privileges.

We recommend that children visit our attractions with an accompanying adult. Please note that Curiosity Cove admission requires children to be accompanied or supervised by an adult, depending on their age.

No. Our memberships are non-transferable, and only registered members whose faces are reflected in the membership photo can enjoy the membership's benefits and privileges.

Yes, members are required to book an admission slot through the Membership Portal before visiting Night Safari, Curiosity Cove and Exploria. Each 20-digit membership visual ID may hold up to three admission slots per attraction, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

No, we have discontinued the issuance of physical cards to support our sustainability efforts, and all members now use a digital membership e-card instead.
