What is Curiosity Cove?
Curiosity Cove is an indoor nature-themed play space where young children explore and connect with wildlife through hands-on, sensory play.
What are the operating hours?
Curiosity Cove is open daily from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm, with four sessions to choose from.
What are the session times?
Sessions run from:
- 10.00 am–12.00 pm
- 12.30 pm–2.30 pm
- 3.00 pm–5.00 pm
- 5.30 pm–6.30 pm
What are the Regular and Peak days?
- Regular: Mondays – Fridays (excluding Public Holidays and MOE School Holidays)
- Peak: Weekends, Public Holidays, and MOE School Holidays.
Is Curiosity Cove wheelchair-friendly?
Yes. Curiosity Cove is designed with universal access to ensure an inclusive experience for all children.
Please approach any team member if you need assistance.
Are personal mobility aids (PMAs) or electric wheelchairs allowed?
For safety reasons, PMAs and electric wheelchairs are not permitted inside the attraction.
Guests may transfer to a manual wheelchair independently or with help from their companion.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon in?
Strollers and wagons are not allowed inside the gated play area.
You may leave them at Curiosity Cove Guest Services.
What should I prepare for my visit?
- Dress comfortably for active play.
- Avoid sharp or dangling accessories.
- Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the entrance.
Tickets & Admission
If I have three children, can I buy two additional child tickets at the special add-on rate?
Each adult may purchase one (1) add-on child ticket at the special rate, with a maximum of two children per adult to ensure safe supervision.
For larger groups, please include another guardian in your booking.
Why is there a limit on child add-ons but not adult add-ons?
Each $48 Curiosity Cove ticket includes admission for one child and one accompanying adult.
To ensure a safe play ratio, we encourage adding more supervising adults when needed.
Can I buy a standalone add-on child ticket?
No. The add-on child ticket is only available when purchased together with a full-priced child ticket in the same transaction.
Can I add a second child ticket after my initial purchase?
Can adults visit without children?
Curiosity Cove is designed for children aged 3–12 years. Adults may enter only with at least one paying child.
My child is 13 years old. Can I buy a Child ticket?
Child tickets are valid for children aged 3–12 years.
Please purchase an additional ticket for older children.
My child is 2 years old. Can they enter for free?
Yes. Children below 3 years may enter free with at least one paying child.
Can I drop my child off at Curiosity Cove?
No. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 must be supervised at all times.
Can I re-enter with my ticket?
Re-entry is allowed only within your ticketed session on the same day.
Please approach any team member for a re-entry stamp prior to exiting.
What if I arrive late?
You may enter anytime during your session, but it will still end at the scheduled time.
Attraction Rules
Can I wear shoes inside?
No. Shoes must be removed and placed on the free shoe racks provided.
Grip socks are compulsory for all guests.
Why are grip socks required?
Can I wear my own grip socks?

Can I exchange my grip socks for another size?
Facilities & Guest Services
Are there lockers?
Yes. Lockers are available at the mezzanine level after the turnstiles, from $9 for 3 hours per locker.
Are there restrooms?
Yes. Restrooms are located within Curiosity Cove at Forestlands and Drylands.
Are there drinking fountains or water coolers?
Yes. Water coolers are available at Forestlands and Drylands.
What should I do if I get separated from my child?
Alert the nearest team member and provide your child’s details (name, age, clothing, and last seen location).
Our team will assist immediately to reunite you.
What if my child experiences sensory overload?
Calm spaces are available at Forestlands and Grasslands.
