If you see these monkeys, they are the long-tailed macaques. These macaques are wild, they are not part of the animals under our care. Please do not approach and keep a safe distance. If you get too near, they may get scared and attack out of fear.
The macaques have learnt to associate baby prams and plastic bags with food. They may approach you in search of food. If you encounter them, please keep all food out of sight. Remain calm and walk away.
Should there be a need of immediate assistance in public areas regarding snakes, monitor lizards, macaques and other native wildlife that may pose a danger to the public, you may call Singapore Police Force at 999.

The Malayan tigers are moving to Singapore Zoo and the white tigers are moving to Night Safari, to provide both pairs of tigers with new environments to explore.
This move will contribute to our ongoing efforts to provide enriched environments for our animals, in line with our focus on the welfare and well being of the wildlife under our care.

The white tiger is now residing in their its home at Night Safari.
You can visit it at the East Lodge Trail in our nocturnal park.
