Members' Parking Pass Terms & Conditions

Friends of Mandai Starter / Friends of Mandai Premium / Friends of Mandai Premium Plus / Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST / Friends of Mandai

1. Only one (1) Members’ Parking Pass ("MPP") may be applied for with each Friends of Mandai Starter Membership / Friends of Mandai Premium / Friends of Mandai Premium Plus / Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST / Friends of Mandai Senior / Friends of Mandai Membership (each, a “Membership”) at a one-time fee of S$50 (inclusive of GST) (the “Fee”).
2. Each MPP is valid only during the validity period as stated on the issued Membership e-card (as defined in the Friends of Mandai Starter / Friends of Mandai Premium / Friends of Mandai Premium Plus / Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST / Friends of Mandai Senior / Friends of Mandai Membership Terms & Conditions).
3. The MPP can only be registered to one (1) private car that is equipped with an In-Vehicle Unit (IU)/On-Board Unit (OBU) (the “Registered Vehicle”).
4. The MPP entitles the Registered Vehicle to park at the Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST multi-storey car parks (the “MSCPs”). The MPP does not extend to the Mandai Rainforest Resort multi-storey car park, where standard parking rates apply.
5. Any transfer of the MPP benefits to any other individual who is not a Member (as defined in the Friends of Mandai Starter / Friends of Mandai Premium / Friends of Mandai Premium Plus / Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST / Friends of Mandai Senior / Friends of Mandai Membership Terms & Conditions) is strictly not permitted.
6. To register for the MPP, the following information must be registered with the Mandai Wildlife Group (or MWG, both as defined in the Parks Rules and Conditions): (a) name of the vehicle owner, (b) vehicle number, (c) IU/OBU label number, and (d) the vehicle owner’s email address. Approval of the application is subject to the sole discretion of MWG.
7. The Registered Vehicle may be parked at any vacant car park lot within the MSCPs. Car park lots are subject to availability and are on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservation of car park lots is not allowed.
8. Any vehicle with a different vehicle number or IU/OBU label number from the registration details provided in the MPP shall be deemed not to possess a valid MPP and standard parking rates at the MSCPs will apply.
9. Any request to change the registration details under the MPP (e.g. the vehicle number or IU/OBU label number) will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of S$10 (excluding GST). Such requests will require at least three (3) working days to be processed. For clarity, “working days” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or Singapore public holiday.
10. MWG reserves the right to alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and any decision made by MWG shall be final.

Friends of Mandai Ultimate / Friends of Mandai Plus

1. Each Friends of Mandai Ultimate / Friends of Mandai Plus Membership includes one (1) complimentary Members’ Parking Pass ("MPP").
2. Each MPP is valid only during the validity period as stated on the issued Membership e-card (as defined in the Friends of Mandai Ultimate Terms & Conditions / Friends of Mandai Plus Terms & Conditions).
3. The MPP can only be registered to one (1) private car that is equipped with an In-Vehicle Unit (IU)/On-Board Unit (OBU) (the “Registered Vehicle”).
