Terms and Conditions
Safari Adventure Tour
- Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Tour can accommodate maximum of 7 persons, including adult, child and infant for passenger safety.
- Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holidays.
- Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
- Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Tours are 2 hours' duration and solely conducted in English.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at Night Safari Visitor Services. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Storage space on the buggy for foldable wheelchair and/or stroller is not available.
- Participants must comply with Park Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
