Safari Adventure Tour
General
- Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holidays.
- Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
- For safety reasons, guests with mobility impairments or wheelchair users are unable to join the tour.
- Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Tours are 2 hours' duration and solely conducted in English.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
- Participants are to arrive at the Mandai Lounge, located beside Food Republic at Mandai Wildlife East. 15 min before tour start time.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Storage space on the buggy for foldable wheelchair and/or stroller is not available.
- Participants must comply with Park Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

Private Experience
- Tour can accommodate maximum of 7 persons, including adult, child and infant for passenger safety.
- Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
Join A Group
- A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 13 persons, including adult, child and infant for passenger safety.
- Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
- Out of respect for other participants and operational requirements, tours will not be delayed for late arrivals.
- Children under 3 years old (based on date of birth) can join the tour for free when accompanied by a paying adult aged 21 or above. Each paying adult may bring one (1) child under 3.
- Guests bringing a child under 3 must inform the tour operator in advance via email at the time of reservation or purchase to secure a seat, subject to availability. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding if buggy capacity is full.
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the child’s safety and well-being during the tour. The tour operator is not liable for any incidents resulting from lack of supervision.
