Terms and Conditions
Bird Discovery Tour
General
- Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holiday.
- Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
- Tours are 90-minutes' duration and solely conducted in English.
- Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at Bird Paradise Membership & Experiences Centre.
- Participants are to expect an up-close experience with the birds at free-flight walk-in aviaries.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Participants to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

Private Experience
- Tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons including adult, child and infant.
- Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
Join a Group
- A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons, including adult, child and infant.
- Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
- Out of respect for other participants and operational requirements, tours will not be delayed for late arrivals.
