About the programme
Terms and Conditions
- Hello from the Wild experience ("Session") can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons and subjected to availability, based on a first come, first served basis.
- Animal interaction time: 10-15 minutes.
- Touching the animals is not allowed unless instructed by the keepers for safety purposes.
- Session price excludes park admission tickets, which must be purchased separately prior to date of session.
- Sessions are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same session.
- Sessions sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Session may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the session.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before session starts, late arrivals may miss certain Hello from the Wild components, and no extension of session time allowed.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorized photography areas and may depend on the animals’ natural behaviors and well-being.
- Rates and sessions are correct at the point of communication and subject to change without prior notice.
- Participants to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
- Other Terms & Conditions apply. Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
