WildPass is our unique, free digital programme that offers you discounts* and offers at our parks.

WildPass is applicable for Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and holders of Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependent's Pass.

You can sign up for your Free WildPass online or during your admission ticket purchase at our ticketing page.

Please submit your first and last name, date of birth, a valid email address during the sign-up. To receive your WildPass e-Card, please provide your consent to receiving Mandai Wildlife Reserve (MWR) marketing communications and agree to (MWR) terms & conditions and privacy policy.

You are required to be at least 13 years of age to be eligible for a WildPass account.

Account is valid from the date of application to 31 March 2027.

Upon successful sign-up, you will receive your WildPass digital card via email. You can flash this WildPass digital card to enjoy F&B, retail and Wildlife Experiences discounts* and offers at our wildlife parks.

Family/Individual Memberships (Friends of Wildlife and Friends of Wildlife Plus) are annual paid memberships to enjoy access to the wildlife parks, discounts at F&B and retail outlets, and other members benefits.

For online discounts on local residents’ single park admission tickets, verify your WildPass registered email address at the order review page to enjoy WildPass rates.

WildPass discount is not valid with other promotions, discounts and/or online purchases.

All WildPass holders are required to present their e-Cards at point of purchase to enjoy WildPass discounts and benefits.

WildPass is a free digital programme. No physical membership card will be issued for a WildPass account.

Your WildPass electronic card is personal for your personal use, and is not transferable. Only the named person reflected on the electronic card may enjoy the membership benefits.
