Pricing reviews are conducted annually and consider various factors, including updates to the experiences we offer. 

From 31 October 2025, all purchases and renewals of the new Friends of Mandai Starter or Premium memberships will include annual access to their respective parks and the new indoor nature-inspired playscape, Curiosity Cove, opening soon.   

Curiosity Cove is an immersive indoor nature-inspired
playscape designed for children aged 3 to 12, where they take the lead in their own imaginative adventures across four unique ecosystems of Wetlands, Forestlands, Grasslands and Drylands.  By sparking curiosity and wonder through tactile, hands-on and interactive digital play, this multi-sensory experience encourages children to explore freely while fostering empathy, care and a love for wildlife and nature. 

We have reviewed our pricing to reflect this fresh offering. We would like to assure you that this adjustment reflects the added value of the new Curiosity Cove, enhancing your membership with even more nature-themed experiences to enjoy.

You may upgrade your admission tickets under the following conditions:

• Admission Tickets that are purchased through the Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Website are eligible for a upgrade to any of our Memberships, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. 
  

• A copy of the Admission Tickets must be presented onsite at one of our Guest & Member Services Centres located at Bird Paradise and Singapore Zoo.  
  

• Guests who convert their admission tickets to memberships from 31 October 2025 onwards will be charged a top up fee based on the new membership pricing.   

• Upgrades must be applied for and processed on the same day as the visit date stipulated on the Admission Ticket.  

• Tickets purchased through third party channels, complimentary tickets, corporate tickets and selected promotional tickets are not eligible for an upgrade to an Eligible Membership. 
  

• Admission Tickets used for a membership upgrades must correspond to the respective category in the membership type that is being purchased, and the number of Admission Tickets combined must not exceed the number of individuals in the selected membership type. For example:
  
  a. An adult Admission Ticket may only be used to supplement an Eligible Membership that is for, or includes, and adult or teenager.
  
  b. For an Eligible Membership for the family package of 2 adults and 5 children, conversions, a maximum of 2 adult and 5 children tickets may be used.
  
  c. For an upgrade to an Eligible Membership for an individual adult, only one (1) Admission Ticket for an adult may be used – an Admission Ticket for a child is not eligible, and two (2) adult Admission Tickets cannot be used together. 

• The membership fees payable to upgrade an Admission Ticket to an Eligible Membership is the difference between the value of the Eligible Membership that is being applied for and the combined value of the Admission Tickets used for the upgrade, provided that the combined Admission Ticket value does not exceed the applicable membership fees. For clarity, if combined Admission Ticket value exceeds the Eligible Membership, the number of Admission Tickets being combined must be reduced. 
  

• Activity Tickets are not eligible for upgrade to a membership. 

While we do not offer a concessionary membership for students, we do offer concessionary memberships for children who are 3 to 12 years old and teens who are 13 to 17 years old.

Yes, our Family membership allows up to 2 Adults and up to 5 Children/Teens and is not limited to immediate family members (extended family or friends may be included).

A child’s age is defined as 3 to 12 years old, and a teen’s age is defined as 13 to 17 years old in our individual child/teen and family membership programme. Age is determined at the time of sign-up or renewal, and the membership remains valid even if the child / teen ages into a different tier during the membership. 

Children under 3 years old can enter our parks for free. You and your spouse may consider signing up for Individual memberships instead of a Family membership.  

However, once your child turns 3, they will need an admission ticket or a Child membership. Hence, you may prefer to sign up for a Family membership and register your child so they can continue enjoying the membership benefits and privileges throughout its validity.

Yes, we offer concessionary membership for Seniors.

To be eligible for a Senior membership, you would have to be 60 years old and above, with a Singapore NRIC or FIN card. Please note that the NRIC or FIN card is required for the application of a concessionary Senior membership and may only be done onsite at our parks.

You may find the prices for the respective concessionary Senior memberships under each membership category.

Only access to of Wildlife/ Friends of Wildlife Plus/ Friends of Mandai/Friends of Mandai Plus/ Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA memberships purchased or renewed before 31 October 2025 do not include admission to Curiosity Cove. However, existing members will have the opportunity to upgrade to the new Friends of Mandai Premium membership programme at the Bird Paradise or Singapore Zoo Guest
& Member Services Centres, starting from $665^.

For members within their renewal window, a 20% renewal discount will be applicable for the new Friends of Mandai Premium membershi programmes.

If you are holding an Individual Adult/Family/Child|Teen/Senior/Caretaker membership, you will enjoy a 20% discount when you renew your membership to the new Friends of Mandai Premium from 31 October 2025. Your new membership will include access to the new indoor nature-inspired playscape, Curiosity Cove when it opens. The number of visits to Curiosity Cove will vary based on the membership type.  

Please note that downgrades from Friends of Wildlife/ Friends of Wildlife Plus/ Friends of Mandai/ Friends of Mandai Plus to the new Friends of Mandai Starter membership will NOT be eligible for the 20% renewal discount, as it offers a different level of access compared to your current membership. 

Our new Curiosity Cove-inclusive membership tier will launch on 31 October 2025.

Existing members can choose to upgrade or renew their current membership to the new Friends of Mandai Premium membership. The upgrade fee from the current membership to the new Friends of Mandai Premium membership varies depending on existing membership and category. 

All eligible Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA memberships can be renewed to either a Friends of Mandai Starter or Friends of Mandai Premium membership. 

Existing members eligible for renewal can transition to the new Friends of Mandai Premium membership programme from 31 October 2025, with a 20% renewal discount. Renewals can be done via the Membership Portal
online at https://members.mandai.com/login.

For existing members who have not reached their renewal period, the option to upgrade to the new Friends of Mandai Premium membership is available from 31 October 2025. To upgrade, a top-up value is required, and it varies based on programme and category type.  Upgrades can currently only be done at our Guest & Member Services Centres at Bird Paradise or Singapore Zoo.  

Upgrade top up amount starting from $45 onwards depending on the existing programme existing members is holding. If you have previously received discounts on your current membership, you will be eligible
for the same level of discount during your upgrade.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all members, access to Curiosity Cove is managed through a visit limit. This helps us maintain optimal capacity and comfort levels within the indoor playscape. 

Under the current membership structure:

• Friends of Mandai Starter members enjoy up to 3 visits to Curiosity Cove during their membership validity. 
• Friends of Mandai Premium members enjoy up to 6 visits during their membership validity. 

The new Friends of Mandai Starter and Friends of Mandai Premium memberships include admission to the new indoor nature-inspired playscape, Curiosity Cove. The number of visits to Curiosity Cove will vary based on the membership type, Friends of Mandai Starter and Friends of Mandai Premium.

If your children or teens are registered members, they can use the membership e-card without you or your spouse present. However, to enjoy the membership benefits and privileges, the membership e-card must be shown.

We recommend that children visit our parks with an accompanying adult.

As our memberships are non-transferable, only registered members whose faces are reflected in the membership photo can enjoy the membership’s benefits and privileges.

If you are part of a Family membership, you are entitled to nominate an individual for a concessionary Caretaker membership. Please note that each Family membership is entitled to one nomination only.

From 31 October 2025, existing Friends of Mandai/ Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA and new Friends of Mandai Starter/ Friends of Mandai Premium members can purchase a Members’ Parking Pass (MPP) for
one vehicle per membership at a nominal fee of $40. 

Friends of Mandai Plus members are entitled to one (1) complimentary Member’s Parking Pass for one vehicle per membership.

The Member’s Parking Pass includes parking at the multi-storey car parks at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST for the duration of the membership.

Please note that an In-Vehicle Unit (IU) number must be submitted when applying for the Member’s Parking Pass.

Yes, admission to our wildlife parks is subjected to blackout dates. Please refer to the respective members' page for details, as we expect exceptionally high volumes of visitors on these specific dates.

To ensure a comfortable experience for our members, these blackout dates have been set to encourage you to visit our wildlife parks on other days.

Blackout dates

• Friends of Mandai Starter: New Year’s Day, First and Second
  day of Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Good Friday, Labour Day, Hari Raya Haji, Vesak Day, National Day, Deepavali, and Christmas Day. 
  
• Friends of Mandai Premium/ Friends of Mandai/ Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA/ Friends of Wildlife: Second day of Chinese New Year, Labour Day, and Hari Raya Puasa. 

Members who wish to enter the wildlife parks on these blackout dates will have to purchase admission tickets at the prevailing rates. Blackout dates may vary from year to year.

Members are encouraged to visit the respective park's website (Bird Paradise, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild ASIA, River Wonders, Singapore Zoo and Curiosity Cove) for the latest updates before visiting the park(s)/attractions(s).

As part of our ongoing review to sustain quality offerings across our parks, there will be an adjustment to the Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA member benefits. 

Starting from 1 November 2025, the F&B and Retail discount will be revised from 20% to 15% at selected in-park outlets across our parks. 

This revision ensures we can continue to maintain the high standards of food, products, and experiences that our members enjoy, while keeping our membership programme sustainable for the long term. 

Friends of Mandai Starter or Friends of Mandai Premium members may enjoy 30% discount on single admission tickets for 5 wildlife parks, Bird Paradise, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild ASIA, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo, excluding the indoor playscape, Curiosity Cove.

The discount applies to up to 4 tickets for Friends of Starter members and 8 tickets for Friends of Premium members. Tickets may be purchased for member’s own use or for friends and family. 

We have discontinued the issuance of physical cards to support our sustainability efforts.

Please log in to our Membership Portal  to access your membership e-card, and:

• Book an admission slot before visiting the Night Safari
  
• Scan the e-card to access all membership benefits, including entry to the respective park(s).

Starting from 10 Jul 2025, you will no longer need to book an admission slot for Bird Paradise, Rainforest Wild ASIA, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo. 

However, members are required to book an admission slot for visit to both Night Safari and Curiosity Cove. Each 20-digit membership visual ID is entitled to book up 3 admission slots at any one time, subject to availability. Booking admission to Curiosity Cove will be communicated in due course. 

Please visit using your first upcoming booking before booking a new admission slot.

2. Select the park, number of valid members and admission slot.
3. View your booking details under Manage Bookings.
4. Present your booking details and membership e-card at the park entrance.
