- Each birthday guest is entitled to free admission to Bird Paradise, River Wonders, or Singapore Zoo, when accompanied by a paying adult purchasing a ticket at the full published rate for the same attraction and visit day.
- The Birthday Free Admission is valid for 7 days from the birthdate, including the actual birthday. For example, if your birthday falls on 1st July, the offer is available from 1st July to 7th July.
- This offer applies to a single attraction visit at Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, or Bird Paradise.
- The birthday admission ticket must be redeemed on-site at the ticketing booth near the entrance of Bird Paradise, River Wonders, or Singapore Zoo.
- The paying guest must also purchase their admission ticket on-site.
- No additional promotions, discounts, or rebates apply to the paying guest.
- Group tickets, SSA tickets, Complimentary tickets, staff discounted tickets, road show tickets, bundled tickets and Destination Pass tickets are not valid for this programme.
- The paying guest cannot use a corporate, family, or individual membership for entry.
- Each accompanying paying adult ticket can be used only once to redeem a free birthday admission.
- The free birthday admission ticket must be used on the date of redemption. Changes to the admission date will not be allowed.
- Free admission is available only to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and pass holders.
- Proof of birthdate is required. The birthday guest must present an NRIC or relevant document and relevant passes for verification on-site.
- Free admission is applicable to adults, children, and senior citizen.
- Child: Ages 3 to 12 years
- Senior Citizen: Ages 60 and above
- The paying guest's ticket is eligible for conversion to a Family or Individual membership, subject to membership conversion terms and conditions.
- All admission tickets are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk. MWG is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury. Any assistance provided will not be considered an admission of liability.
- MWG may take photos or recordings of visitors for commercial, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without prior approval or compensation.
- MWG management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
