FAQs

Park Advisory Frequently Asked Questions
Mandai Khatib Shuttle Trial Pricing

Starting 16 October 2023, we are conducting a 6-month trial where all inbound travel on the MKS from Khatib MRT Station will be charged $2 per adult / child (age 7 and above).

Outbound travel and journeys within the Mandai precinct (all other stops) will be complimentary during this trial period.

Previously, the Mandai Khatib Shuttle charged $1 per adult / per child (ages 3 to 12) regardless of where you boarded the bus.

This new pricing structure aims to provide an efficient and affordable transportation option.

Charging only for inbound travel from Khatib helps manage operational flows and eases outbound queues at our parks.

The new structure offers cost-effective inbound travel while encouraging guests to explore the Mandai precinct with complimentary outbound and within-Mandai travel.

Charging only for inbound travel simplifies your Mandai Khatib Shuttle experience, and provides you the flexibility to explore our parks without incurring additional costs on your return journey.

The trial period for the new Mandai Khatib Shuttle pricing will be in effect for 6 months*, starting from 16 October 2023.

*Trial period is subject to change

The trial’s results will be evaluated accordingly before we implement any permanent decisions.
