Buses arrive every 15 minutes during operating hours and 20 minutes between 11:00pm & 12:00am, subject to traffic conditions.

  • From 27 April 2026, bus to Resort comes every hour. First bus is at 8:30am and last bus is at 6:30pm from Khatib MRT.
  • Children below 7 years old ride free on M2 - Khatib Bus.
  • Contactless payment modes accepted: EZ-Link, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay. Cash and credit card chip and PIN are not accepted.

Taxis are available for hire at the designated taxi stands at Mandai Wildlife EAST Carpark (Car Park 2) and Mandai Wildlife WEST (Bird Paradise).

Our CEPAS-compliant car parks utilise an electronic parking charge system with the use of a cash card. Please ensure that your cash card has sufficient value before you exit the car park. A cash card top-up machine is available next to each car park’s lift lobby.

For vehicles without an in-vehicle unit for cash cards, parking coupons may be purchased for $10 at our Membership and Experiences Centres.
