Diaper changing facilities can be found at all washroom facilities around the park.
Rent a trike or wagon for your infant or toddler.
Complimentary wheelchairs available at the park entrance and the West Concourse Lift.
Share your Facebook and Instagram posts even if your phone doesn't have data connection.
Turn on your device's WiFi connection and look for the network 'PARK_FREE_WIFI' to get connected for free.

First Aid rooms are located at the park entrance and Egg Splash.
There are also AEDs at the Guest Services, along Forest Corridor and Egg Splash.
Use any of our rental lockers at the Bird Paradise Entrance Plaza to store your belongings.
Rental fee per medium locker (60.5H X 35.5L X 43W cm) is S$12 for the first 3 hours, and S$4 for every additional hour or part thereof.
Rental fee per extra-large locker (94H X 42L X 55W cm) is S$18 for the first 3 hours, and S$6 for every additional hour or part thereof.
In case of rain, you can purchase ponchos and umbrellas at our gift shops.
Remember to bring your bottle and stay hydrated.
Water refill stations are available at multiple locations in our park.
