How to Participate

Start Your Exploration at the Biopool

Contest period varies (Refer to Prizes section) 11:00am – 8:00pm (Weekdays), 11:00am – 9:00pm (Weekends & Public Holidays)  Starts from Biopool at Our Interconnected World, Exploria

Begin your adventure by registering your username at the Biopool.

Once you have created your username, roam the different worlds and tap your RFID wristband at media interactives to earn points.

Registration Required

Only users who have registered with a valid email at the Entrance Kiosk and created a username at the Biopool are eligible for the contest.

Valid Admission Required

A valid admission ticket or Membership e-card to Exploria is required to participate in the contest.

Collect Points Across Every Visit

Points can only be earned through interactions made using the registered RFID wristband linked to the guest’s username.
Points are stackable across multiple visits; however, only the points accumulated within each contest period will count toward that month’s leaderboard.

Points Refresh Every Contest Period

Leaderboard scores reset at the end of each contest period, and points do not carry over to subsequent contest periods.

Guests who wish to compete again in the following contest period must create a new username at the Biopool. Their registered email at the Entrance Kiosk may remain the same.

Prize Eligibility

Only the top scorer for the month will be eligible for the monthly prize. In the event of multiple participants achieving the same top score, the winner will be selected via a random draw among those tied.

Winners of the monthly prize will not be eligible to win again for the remaining duration of the contest. Once a guest has won a trip, they may continue to play, but they will be excluded from future prize draws.

Qualifying Entrants

A valid admission ticket or Membership to Exploria is required. Complimentary, discounted and corporate tickets are valid for participation as well.
Employees of Mandai Wildlife Group and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each of the aforesaid persons are not eligible to participate in this Quest.

Participating Terms

Any attempts to tamper with game mechanics, exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate scoring, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the contest will result in immediate disqualification.
Mandai Wildlife Group shall not be held liable for any points not recorded due to connectivity issues, system downtime, hardware malfunctions, or unscanned RFID interactions by the participant.

Prizes

Only participants who have registered with a valid email address at the Entrance Kiosk and created a corresponding username at the Biopool are eligible to participate in the contest. Winners must present valid identification and the email address used during registration to verify their eligibility prior to receiving any prize.
Only the top scorer for each calendar month will be eligible for the monthly prize. In the event that multiple participants achieve the same top score, the winner will be determined by a random draw conducted among all tied participants.
Participants who have been awarded a monthly prize will be ineligible for all subsequent monthly prize draws for the remainder of the contest period. Such participants may continue to engage in gameplay; however, they will be automatically excluded from future winner selection.
All prizes are strictly non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of compensation.
Winners of travel prizes must respond within the stipulated time period stated in the winner notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Exploria reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.
Winners of travel prizes are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet all passport, visa, health, and travel requirements necessary for the redemption of the prize. Any additional expenses incurred beyond the stated prize package shall be borne by the winner.

How do I join the Exploria Monthly Challenge?

To participate, you must register a valid email at the Entrance Kiosk and create your username at the Biopool. Once your username is active and linked to your RFID wristband, you can start earning points immediately.

Do I need an admission ticket to participate?

Yes. A valid Exploria admission ticket or Membership e‑card is required to take part in the contest.

How do I earn points?

Points are earned through interactions across Exploria using your registered RFID wristband. This includes scanning at installations, unlocking hidden content, discovering memory hooks, and more.

Can I earn points across multiple visits?

Yes, points are stackable across multiple visits within the same contest period. However, only points earned during that contest period count toward the leaderboard.

Do my points carry over to the next contest period?

No. The leaderboard resets at the end of each contest period, and points do not carry over.

Can I compete again next month?

Yes! To join the next month’s challenge, simply create a new username at the Biopool. Your email registered at the Entrance Kiosk can stay the same.

What happens if several players tie for the top score?

If multiple participants achieve the same top score, a random draw will be conducted among those tied to determine the winner.

Can I win more than once?

No. Once you have won a monthly prize, you are not eligible for the remaining months of the contest. You are still welcome to continue playing and exploring.

How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be contacted via the email used during registration. You must reply within the stipulated time period stated in the winner notification. If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected from the next eligible participant(s).

What if I don’t meet travel requirements for the prize?

Winners of travel prizes are responsible for ensuring they meet passport, visa, health, and other travel requirements. Any additional costs not covered in the prize package will be borne by the winner.

Are there any age restrictions for participants? 

The Contest is open to participants 18 years or older as at the date of participation or, if under the age of 18 years deemed to have parental or legal guardian consent to participate. 

Can I exchange prizes? 

No, prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other prizes or for cash.
