Renew your membership 60 days before it expires and enjoy 20% savings* on eligible membership programmes. Refer to the Membership Renewal Eligibility table below.
Upon renewal, your new membership will start on the date of transaction with the latest benefits and terms. As your new benefits and privileges begin immediately, any remaining entitlements from previous membership will conclude at the point of renewal. Your new membership will be valid for one year plus any remaining days of your current membership.
Members' Parking Pass (MPP) will not be automatically renewed with membership renewal. Members are required to apply MPP directly at our Guest & Member Services Centres at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST.

Membership Renewal Eligibility
- These renewal terms and conditions shall be read together with, and form part of, the terms and conditions governing an existing and valid Friends of Wildlife or Friends of Mandai membership that is the subject of the renewal (“Eligible Membership”).
- Up to sixty (60) calendar days before an Eligible Membership expires, such Eligible Membership may be renewed to (“Renewed Membership”) at a 20% discount, strictly in accordance with the Membership Renewal Eligibility table found at this Membership Renewal Page (the “Renewal Special”).
- An Eligible Membership may be renewed through the Membership Portal or onsite at one of our Guest & Member Services Centres at Mandai Wildlife EAST or Mandai Wildlife WEST (“Guest & Member Services Centres”).
- Upon successful renewal of an Eligible Membership:
- The Renewed Membership will activate immediately. The Validity Period for a Renewed Membership shall include any remaining Validity Period of the Eligible Membership.
- The Eligible Membership shall be terminated with immediate effect. All benefits, privileges, access rights, and discounts associated with the Eligible Membership shall cease, and only those applicable to the Renewed Membership shall thereafter apply.
- Any Members' Parking Pass (“MPP”) linked to an Eligible Membership will not be automatically renewed upon renewal to a Renewed Membership, and will terminate concurrently with the Eligible Membership.
- The Renewal Special is applicable only to Individual Adult, Senior, Caretaker, Child | Teen, and Family memberships in accordance with the Membership Renewal Eligibility table found at this Membership Renewal page, and excludes renewals to the Friends of Mandai Senior membership.
- Unless otherwise stated, renewal of an Eligible Membership cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or the redemption of membership gift vouchers.
- These renewal terms and conditions may be supplemented, amended or terminated at any time without prior notice to the Members at our sole and absolute discretion. In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final.

Skip the queue by logging into our Membership Portal to renew* your membership online. A 'Renew Now' button will appear beside your membership e-card when it's due for renewal.
*Only applicable for renewal of Individual Adult, Senior and Family memberships. Verification will be required for renewal to Child | Teen and Caretaker memberships. Renewal of Members' Parking Pass is only applicable at our Guest & Member Services Centres at Mandai Wildlife EAST or Mandai Wildlife WEST.
