To participate in Canopy Jump, you must satisfy all the following criteria:
- Minimum height: 1.35m. Maximum height: 2.1m.
- Minimum weight: 20kg. Maximum weight: 120kg.
- Able to climb and descend stairs without any assistance.
- Able to fit securely into the harness and helmet provided.
- Not under the influence of drugs / alcohol.
For your own safety, you will not be allowed to participate in Canopy Jump if you have/are:
- Pregnant
- Heart conditions, high or low blood pressure
- Recovering from surgery or still in a cast or brace for support
- History of neck, back, knee or ankle injuries or any other physical limitations
- Frail or brittle-boned
- Susceptible to panic or anxiety attacks
- Pre-existing health or medical conditions
- Fear of dark or enclosed spaces
Conditions for a safe adventure experience:
- Sports attire and sports shoes are required
- No slippers, sandals or loose-fitting footwear
- No skirts and dresses
- No loose or dangling items and jewellery
- No sharp objects, selfie sticks or tripods
You must be in good health and free from any health or medical conditions, injuries or physical impairments. Please seek medical advice if uncertain.
Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right at its sole discretion to stop your participation in the activity at any time.
You may book through our website or onsite.
There are no timeslots for Adventure+ activities. You will be required to join the queue upon arriving at the Canopy Jump.
For your safety, only closed toe sports shoes are allowed for all Adventure+ activities.
For safety reasons, any loose, dangling or protruding objects are not allowed.
Canopy Jump may carry on in light rain. The activity will be suspended during heavy rain and/or when lightning has been detected.
Our reassuring guides will talk you through the process, no pressure. However, if you are still uncomfortable to jump, follow the instructions of the guide to exit the tower. Do note that there will be no refunds.
We recommend pants for ease of movement and protection from scratches. Dresses and skirts are not advisable due to safety and modesty.
