The Giants Show Guidelines
The guidelines provided here are to ensure that you can make a well-informed decision about your ability to experience the digital show. The following restrictions are put in place to protect the safety of our guests and to ensure that the safety is not compromised:
Children below 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult
Please also note that the show includes lighting, loud sounds and mist effects. As a result, guests with the following conditions will not be allowed to participate in this activity:
Sensitivity to lighting effects, loud sounds or mist effects
Motion sickness or dizziness
- Entry to The Giants Show is subject to a pre-booked time slot. You must have a valid attraction admission ticket and timeslot before you book a show on the day of your visit. Guests must arrive within their allocated time slot to be admitted. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
- Health & Safety: The Giants Show includes the use of lighting effects, loud sounds, mist effects, and motion elements. Guests are responsible for assessing their own suitability before participating in the experience. Guests will not be allowed to participate if they have sensitivity to lighting effects, loud sounds or mist effects, or experience motion sickness or dizziness. Children below 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Accessibility: While the show strives to accommodate guests with mobility aids, it is the responsibility of participants to assess their ability to safely participate.
- Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized photography, videography, recording, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue without refund.
- Liability Waiver: Mandai Wildlife Group shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or discomfort arising from participation in the show, including but not limited to effects caused by lighting, sound, mist, or ride movement.
- Modification & Cancellation: Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel The Giants Show at any time without prior notice due to operational, safety, or other reasons. No refunds will be issued for cancellations outside the control of Mandai Wildlife Group.
- Conduct: All guests must adhere to staff instructions and venue rules. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Mandai Wildlife Group is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.

The Giants Show is an immersive experience that begins with a vertical platform ride transporting guests into a stunning 360° projection space.
Inside, you’ll be surrounded by visuals, sound, light, and mist effects that bring an epic story to life.
The show runs for approximately 8 minutes from start to finish.
The experience is open to guests of all ages.
However, loud sounds, lighting effects, mist, and dark environments may be overwhelming for very young children.
We recommend that parents or guardians assess their child’s comfort level before entry.

We strive to make the show accessible to everyone. While the show aims to accommodate guests with mobility aids where possible, guests are responsible for assessing their own ability to safely experience the show.
Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended. Please note that the show space may be wet due to mist effects.
No eating or drinking inside.
To protect the immersive experience and for safety reasons, photography and videography are not permitted during the show.
A pre-show briefing will be held to notify guests about these sensory warnings. Guests will have the option to skip and exit the queue before entering the show platform.
For your safety, please note that once the show commences, you will be unable to exit until the show experience has come to an end.
This show is designed as a continuous experience within a platform and for safety reasons, you will not be able to exit midway.
Should you feel unwell or wish to leave at any point, please alert a staff member and they will assist you accordingly.
The Giants Show takes place at Realm of the Giants.
Latecomers may be denied entry to their selected reservation time and may have to wait for the next available session or risk missing the experience entirely.
We strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your reservation time to allow for check-in and the pre-show briefing.
