Friends of Mandai Starter/Friends of Mandai Premium
Only one (1) Members’ Parking Pass ("MPP") may be applied for with each Friends of Mandai Starter Membership / Friends of Mandai Premium Membership (each, a “Membership”) at a one-time fee of S$40 (inclusive of GST) (the “Fee”).
Each MPP is valid only during the Validity Period (as defined in the Friends of Mandai Starter Terms & Conditions / Friends of Mandai Premium Terms & Conditions).
The MPP can only be registered to one (1) private car that is equipped with an In-Vehicle Unit (IU)/On-Board Unit (OBU) (the “Registered Vehicle”).
The MPP entitles the Registered Vehicle to park at the Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST multi-storey car parks (the “MSCPs”). The MPP does not extend to the Mandai Rainforest Resort multi-storey car park, where standard parking rates apply.
The Fee is strictly non-refundable and any transfer of the MPP benefits to any other individual who is not a Member (as defined in the Friends of Mandai Starter Terms & Conditions / Friends of Mandai Premium Terms & Conditions) is strictly not permitted.
To apply for the MPP, the following information must be registered with the Mandai Wildlife Group (or MWG, both as defined in the Parks Rules and Conditions): (a) name of the vehicle owner, (b) vehicle number, (c) IU/OBU label number, and (d) the vehicle owner’s email address. Approval of the application is subject to the sole discretion of MWG.
The Registered Vehicle may be parked at any vacant car park lot within the MSCPs. Car park lots are subject to availability and are on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservation of car park lots is not allowed.
Any vehicle with a different vehicle number or IU/OBU label number from the registration details provided in the MPP shall be deemed not to possess a valid MPP and standard parking rates at the MSCPs will apply.
Any request to change the registration details under the MPP (e.g. the vehicle number or IU/OBU label number) will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of S$10 (excluding GST). Such requests will require at least three (3) working days to be processed. For clarity, “working days” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or Singapore public holiday.
MWG reserves the right to alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and any decision made by MWG shall be final.

Existing Memberships before 31 Oct 2025
Friends of Mandai / Friends Rainforest Wild ASIA / Friends of Wildlife
All Friends of Mandai / Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA / Friends of Wildlife memberships are entitled to a Members' Parking Pass ("MPP") at a one-time fee of $30 (inclusive of GST).
MPP is valid within the period of the membership validity and will expire on the same date as your membership expiry date.
MPP will not be automatically renewed upon renewal of your membership. Application for MPP renewal is only valid onsite at our Guest & Member Services Centres.
MPP is only applicable for parking at the multi-storey carparks at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST.
MPP fee is strictly non-refundable and any transfer of MPP rights to persons other than the member is not permitted.
Only 1 private car with an In-Vehicle Unit (IU) is allowed IU registration per membership.
Application for the car IU registration is subject to approval by Mandai Park Holdings Pte. Ltd. and its related corporations (as defined in Section 6 of the Companies Act 1967) (“collectively referred to as the “Mandai Wildlife Group”).
The MPP user is to park at any vacant lot available at the time of entry. Car park lots are subjected to availability and are on a first come first served basis. No reservation of lot is allowed.
Should any vehicle registration number or car IU number be different from the registered number with MWG, the vehicle will be treated as a non-MPP holder and parking fees will be charged according to existing parking rates.
Any replacement or change of Car IU Registration / Car Plate will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of $10 (subject to prevailing GST) per car. Please allow 3 working days for the activation of this registration.
