Terms and Conditions

Bird Discovery Tour
  1. Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
  2. Tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons including adult, child and infant.
  3. Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holiday.
  4. Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
  5. Tours are 90-minutes' duration and solely conducted in English.
  6. Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
  7. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
  8. Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at Bird Paradise Membership & Experiences Centre. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
  9. Participants are to expect an up-close experience with the birds at free-flight walk-in aviaries.
  10. Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
  11. Participants to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
