Opportunities to share native wildlife projects and proposed solutions to animal-wildlife issues with family, friends, and the community.
Programme Structure
Young learners may choose between two projects to work on:
Little-known Native Animals
Discover native animals, their importance, and explore how to raise awareness about them.
Negative Animal-human Interactions
How can we co-exist harmoniously in an urban setting?
They will then embark on the task of proposing solutions to the issue, guided by the programme structure below:
Support From Mandai
A self-guided visit to Singapore Zoo.
30-minute facilitated segment during the aforementioned day of visiting.
Opportunities to connect with zoo educators:
- Receive guidance and feedback on project progress.
- Connect with animal care experts.
Access resources and information on native wildlife.
Programme Timeline
- K1/K2: March-October
Certification & Recognition
- Teacher’s Certificate of Collaboration
- Student’s Certificate of Participation
- Outstanding projects may be selected for showcase to a wider audience on Mandai platforms.

- $14/Child (K1 or K2 student)
- Admission fee for 1 teacher is waived for every 10 paying students; additional teachers pay $23/pax.
*Includes admission to Singapore Zoo and a free-of-charge education programme. Admission fee for 1 teacher is waived for every 10 paying students is not applicable to tuition centres & enrichment centres.
