Are there first aid facilities in the attractions?
Yes, each attraction has first aid stations staffed with trained medical personnel. Locations of these stations can be found on the Attraction Maps.
Is the precinct wheelchair or stroller friendly?
Our attractions are designed to be wheelchair and stroller friendly at Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari, Bird Paradise and Rainforest Wild Adventure.
If you are planning to take the tram at Singapore Zoo or Night Safari, the shuttle at Bird Paradise, or hop on the Amazon River Quest at River Wonders, please note that you will need to fold your wheelchairs or strollers and place them in the designated wheelchair and stroller zones.
Are there lockers within the attractions?
Yes, we do provide lockers at each attraction.

Are there any rental services available?
For guests visiting our parks with little ones, we provide the rental services for trikes, wagons or strollers. You may purchase them as an add-on via the ticketing portal.
For guests with limited mobility, complimentary wheelchairs are available at park entrances on a first-come, first-served basis.
