Fragile Forest Guided Tour
Singapore Zoo, Fragile Forest 45 minutes per session Kindergarten 1-2Embark on a lush rainforest adventure! Through music, movement, and close observation in the immersive Fragile Forest biodome, children will explore its different layers and observe lemurs, butterflies, birds, and other creatures roaming freely.
Learning Goals
- Discover the diversity ofanimals that live in the rainforest.
- Understand the different layers of the rainforest and where animals live.
- Recognise that animals have special adaptations that help them survive in their rainforest home.
Wild Africa Guided Tour
Singapore Zoo, Wild Africa 45 minutes per session Kindergarten 1-2Venture through Wild Africa to discover some of Africa’s most fascinating animals, like the zebra, giraffe and lion! Find out what makes them unique and get a special look at how we care for them.

- Appreciate diversity of Africananimals and their unique traits.
- Hone observation skills and learn new vocabulary relating to iconic African animals.
- Describe animal appearances and behaviours using new words.

Sustainability Workshop
Sustainable Play: Plushies With A Purpose
Singapore Zoo 1.5 hours Nursery 2, Kindergarten 1, Kindergarten 2 (4 - 6 Years Old)Plush toys get a second life while preschoolers learn to reuse and repair. Through this programme, little ones can donate plushies, watch plushie restoration and reduce the throw-away mindset.
Programme Structure
- Pre-schoolers can donate their pre-loved plushies to Toy Doctor at Singapore Zoo.
- Observe and participate in simple plushie restoration.
- Guided tour of the Animal Behaviour & Enrichment Centre (ABEC) to learn how items are reused and upcycled into enrichment toys for our animals.
- School to bring 1 pre-loved plushie per 5 children (e.g., 20 children = 4 plushies). After the programme, the school may collect them back or donate them to Toy Doctor.
*FOC for teachers based on 10 students : 1 teacher ratio. Additional Teacher/Parent Volunteer: $33 per person.
Note:
- Programme bookings are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- For the safety of all personnel, outdoor programmes may be altered at our discretion due to unsuitable weather conditions.
- For every 10 paying students, 1 adult gains free programme admission. Any additional adult(s) are subject to the regular programme rate. This ratio does not apply to enrichment centres.
- If your group size falls below the minimum required number of participants, you will be required to cover the difference by paying for the additional students needed to meet the minimum requirement.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If you have already made a prior booking and purchase before the price change, your booking will not be affected.
- All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST.
