Stay Quiet And Respectful
Our animals are free to roam within their sprawling habitats.
Keep your voices low and avoid sudden movements. A calm demeanour increases your chances of spotting elusive animals!
Be Patient
Animals might be resting, foraging, or hidden.
Take your time, observe carefully, and enjoy the natural surroundings while waiting for them to emerge.
Keep Your Distance
Respect the animals’ space and do not approach them.
Remember, this is their home, and your safety - and theirs - is a priority.
Do Not Feed The Animals
Feeding the animals can disrupt their natural behaviour and specialised diets.
Our keepers ensure they receive the right nutrition, so please refrain from offering them any food.
Let’s help them to stay healthy and thrive in their environment!
Plan Your Adventure
Familiarise yourself with the park map and plan your route.
Each path and zone offer unique experiences, so give yourself plenty of time to explore and enjoy.
Dress Comfortably
Wear light, breathable clothing and sturdy walking shoes suitable for the rainforest terrain.
Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen for sun protection.
Bring Binoculars
Many animals in the park live in treetops or move through dense vegetation.
Binoculars can help you spot them without getting too close.
Follow Designated Paths
Stick to marked trails and obey security boundaries to protect the fragile ecosystem and avoid disturbing the wildlife.
Pack Light Essentials
Carry only what you need, like water and a camera (flash photography is not permitted).
Littering is strictly prohibited, so dispose of trash responsibly in designated bins.
Take Only Memories
Do not collect plants, rocks, or any natural items.
