Introduction
What is Ranger Buddies Quest?
The mission experience comes alive in Mandai Wildlife Reserve through Ranger Buddies Quest.
Children can participate in the experience through completing missions in their mission booklet around Singapore Zoo and River Wonders.
Mission Booklets* can be purchased at Ranger Buddies Base Camp at:
- KidzWorld — from 10:00am to 5:00pm, daily
- Membership & Experiences Centres — from 8:30am to 6:00pm. *Discounts for Friends of Mandai and WildPass applies.
Children can claim a mission completion pin by completing all the missions presented in the mission booklet.
Is Ranger Buddies recommended for all ages?
Ranger Buddies is designed for children aged 4 to 10 years old.
I don’t have any children. Am I still able to take part in Ranger Buddies Quest and get reward pins?
Ranger Buddies missions and reward pins are specially tailored to engage children between the developmental stages of 4 to 10 years of age, and hence may not be suitable for older participants.
However, we welcome you to explore our other conservation initiatives that may be more aligned with your interests and age group.
Reward Redemption
Will my child get a reward if he / she completes the mission?
Physical reward pins are given out to all participating children who complete the missions.
You can collect the mission booklet and reward pins from the Membership & Experiences Centre daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm, or from the Ranger Buddies Base Camp at KidzWorld during weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
How do I redeem the physical reward pins?
You can collect the reward pins from the following locations:
Singapore Zoo
- Ranger Buddies Base Camp (weekends, PH and Sch holidays, 10:00am – 5:00pm)
- Membership & Experiences Centre (daily, 9:00am – 6:00pm)
River Wonders
- Ranger Buddies Quest collection point at River Wonders entrance (weekends, PH and Sch holidays, 10:00am – 5:00pm)
- Membership & Experiences Centre (daily, 9:00am – 6:00pm)
Can I still get the reward pins if my child is unable to complete the missions?
Our missions do not need to be completed within the day. Please feel free to come back another day to complete them.
Reward pins are only awarded upon completion.
