Terms and Conditions

Backstage Pass: Manatee Mania
General
  1. A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.​​
  2. Animal interaction time: 20 minutes.​​
  3. Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holiday.​​
  4. Tour prices exclude park admission tickets.​​
  5. Participants must be at least 1.2m in height to participate in the Manatee Mania tour.​​
  6. Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.​​
  7. Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.​​
  8. Tours are solely conducted in English.​​
  9. Expectant mothers and guests with mobility impairments are unable to join the tour due to safety reasons.​​
  10. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour.​​
  11. For safety reasons, wheelchairs and strollers/other mobility devices are not allowed within back of house areas.​​
  12. Slippers and comfortable attire recommended. Swimsuit not necessary.​​
  13. Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at the River Wonders Entrance. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.​​
  14. Download the Mandai App and use the Map Section to easily find the Meeting Point by searching for "Tour Meeting Point".​​
  15. Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.​​
  16. Participants are to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

Hazim was very generous in sharing the information about both the manatees and other fish in the tank and was pleasant to chat to. I didn't manage to catch the aquarist's name but she was also very knowledgeable about the manatees and was very friendly and delivered the information in an efficient and concise way.

Absolutely loved it. It's our second time feeding the manatees. We have also done the Glamping with the Manatees. When we visit Singapore from Australia our first stop is always River Wonders to see the manatees.

I found out that you could feed manatees when I visited last time. I came to Singapore for the first time in 5 years and decided to give it a try. The staff were very kind and we had a great time feeding the animals together. Feeding the manatees was a great experience for my child. Everyone was so kind and I’m really grateful. They taught me about the various aspects of the manatee ecology. Feeding manatees is a valuable experience that can only be held here in the world.
