Terms and Conditions

Backstage Pass: Manatee Mania
  • A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
  • Animal interaction time: 20 minutes.
  • Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holiday.
  • Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
  • Participants must be at least 1.2m in height to participate in the Manatee Mania tour.
  • Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
  • Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
  • Tours are solely conducted in English.
  • Expectant mothers and guests with mobility impairments are unable to join the tour due to safety reasons.
  • Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour.
  • For safety reasons, wheelchairs and strollers/other mobility devices are not allowed within back of house areas.
  • Slippers and comfortable attire recommended. Swimsuit not necessary.
  • Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at the River Wonders Entrance. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
  • Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
  • Participants are to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

I found out that you could feed manatees when I visited last time. I came to Singapore for the first time in 5 years and decided to give it a try. The staff were very kind and we had a great time feeding the animals together. Feeding the manatees was a great experience for my child. Everyone was so kind and I’m really grateful. They taught me about the various aspects of the manatee ecology. Feeding manatees is a valuable experience that can only be held here in the world.
