The yuu Rewards Club is open to customers who are at least 18 years old, with a valid Singapore registered mobile number and email address.

The yuu Membership remains valid so long as there is a transaction made within the last two (2) years.
The yuu Membership is tied to an individual’s personal mobile number and email, it is encouraged to sign up a separate yuu Rewards Club account for family or friends.
You can earn 1 yuu Point for every dollar you spend. Simply earn yuu Points by entering your yuu ID number at the checkout page to earn points for your online purchase at mandai.com/ticketing.

Yes you can! You can use your accumulated yuu Points to redeem admission tickets to any of our wildlife parks.

In the yuu App, points balance will be shown at the top of the screen each time you log in. Tap on “Points Balance” to view your transaction history. Transaction history will show the last three months' transactions only.
Members can use their yuu Points to redeem park admission tickets to Mandai Wildlife Reserve. yuu Members can also purchase vouchers in-app or use their points to offset purchases instantly at redemption rate of 200 points = $1.
Points are automatically added to your balance upon successful purchase transaction. For bonus points from promotions and campaigns, they can take up to 14 calendar days after purchase date to show in your yuu App.
Yes, yuu Points will expire in two (2) years, from the date of points received.
No, a change in visit date will not affect the points earned.
Yes, yuu Points can be earned with every new sign up of Friends of Wildlife Plus (Individual Adult/Family) memberships*.
*yuu Points are not stackable with other partners promotions.
