However, please remember that prior to collection, the Toy Doctor will send you photos/videos of the completed work for your approval.
If you choose to send someone else to collect, they may not be able to assess the plush's condition or request last-minute changes on your behalf during the pickup.
By sending a representative, you accept the plush's condition based on the photos/videos previously approved by you.
